  • All packages are subject to applicable taxes and gratuity.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • "Say I Do" Packages are 100% non-refundable.

  • Balance of chapel wedding package price and final guest count is due 21 days prior to the wedding date and Say I Do Packages are due at time of booking in full.

  • Personal checks are not accepted. If paying via a cashier check or money order, the final balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date in exception to the Say I Do Packages which is due in full at time of booking .

  • Total amount of the wedding is completely non-refundable if cancelled 21 days prior to the wedding date.

  • Packages and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • 10% discount on ceremonies that book a 3 hour full reception.

  • 10% discounts not available on the Stratosphere Spectacular or Sky's the Limit Package, NO EXEPTIONS.

  • Stratosphere Spectacular and Sky's the Limit packages require a deposit of $181.90 Sunday thru Thursday, or $280.00 Friday - Saturday. These deposits are non-refundable.

  • Say "I Do" Observation Deck weddings - maximum capacity is 15 people. No exceptions.

  • Bella Luna Chapel - maximum capacity is 22 people.

  • Bella Vista Chapel - maximum capacity is 95 people.

  • Photos on the observation deck are weather permitting only. Observation deck photos are not guaranteed with any wedding package.

  • Wedding Coordinator does NOT attend any of the weddings. Coordinator will schedule all necessary services such as photos, flowers and ministers only. Wedding Coordinator will not change any changes or add ons 21 days prior to the wedding date.

  • There is a $150.00 rescheduling fee applied to all weddings. Rescheduling any event is based on availability only. It is not guaranteed.

  • There is a $50.00 downgrading fee that applies to all weddings. Downgrading any event is based on availability only. It is not guaranteed.

  • All weddings that start fifteen (15) minutes after their scheduled time will automatically incur a $200.00 late fee.

  • No outside food and/or beverages is allowed.

  • No outside professional photography or videography is allowed.

  • Wedding package prices do not include the minister's fee. The minster's fee is $50.00 cash, due on the date and time of the ceremony and payable directly to the minister.

  • Spanish, Japanese, French and German are available for additional minister fee.  The minister fee is $100.00 cash, due on the date and time of the ceremony and payable directly to the minister.

  • No weddings will be performed without a State of Nevada marriage license. No other state licenses will be accepted. Vow-renewal/Committment ceremonies do no require a marriage license.

  • Nevada Marriage License is required -$55.00 cash fee.(Stratosphere Hotel and Casino does not provide the marriage license.)
